Lighter Snack Recipe

Instead of that Blueberry Muffin, heat 1/2 cup of Frozen Blueberries in the microwave for 2 minutes, let it cool for 10 minutes at least, then top the cooked blueberries with light whipped cream, Reddi Wip Whipped Light Cream is the best with only 1 gram of fat for 2 tablespoons. With about 100 calories, you won't believe how great this dish taste. It's like Blueberry Pie without feeling that you shouldn't have. It sometimes can be hard to wait for the blueberries to cool, and you may be tempted to start squirting the whipped cream to cool off the blueberries.

Real Chocolate, without tons of fat and sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Fill a bowl with about 6 tablespoons of Reddi Wip Whipped Light Cream, about 45 calories, and add 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons of pure Hershey's Cocoa, 1 teaspoon if you really need that Chocolate Fix, whip with a fork or whisk until blended into a mousse or looks like Chocolate pudding, real Chocolate Dessert for about 50 calories.
We definitely do not need the extra sweet taste that the food and cola makers give us, why does everything have to taste like syrup, even these flavored waters are nearly a hundred calories, or are usually made with an artifical sweetener. These sugar substitutes are puzzling to me, as my theory has been that our taste buds trigger our insulin to elevate when we taste sweets, whether it's real sugar or not, so when there are no calories to digest from these sugar free substitutes, we store more fat, this is my theory only and I have seen no studies on this. This sugary taste is pushed on us by these food and drink producers, how many teaspoons of sugar would you want in your coffee? Two teaspoons would be very sweet, that would only be about 30 calories, in a 12 ounce can of cola there are about 10 teaspoons of sugar, these manufacturers of food and drink may be training us to want this sweet taste, so let them know, it does not need to taste like syrup. How awesome would it be if the makers of soft drinks could give us a cola with only 4 teaspoons of real sugar, only about 60 calories and something to digest. For many years, I have ordered a Cola and requested half of their Cola Mixture and Half Carbonated Water and it taste great. It would be nice if you could go through the line at these fast food places and order a Half and Half.
